Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CVPro Zambia at https://cvprozambia.com (“the Service”), operated by Glamified Systems (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CVPro Zambia is an AI-powered CV and cover letter builder designed for the Zambian job market. Our platform allows you to:

  • Create professional, ATS-friendly CVs using guided form inputs
  • Receive AI-generated writing suggestions for CV sections and cover letters
  • Preview your CV in real time and export it as a PDF
  • Access premium features including AI enhancements, multiple templates, and interview preparation tools

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use CVPro Zambia. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

4. Plans and Pricing

4.1 Available Plans

  • Basic (Free) — Core CV builder with one template and PDF download
  • Professional (K35 one-time) — AI writing suggestions, cover letter builder, multiple templates, and ATS optimisation
  • Complete (K55 one-time) — All Professional features plus priority support, template updates, custom sections, and LinkedIn optimisation tips

4.2 Payment

Paid plans require a one-time payment in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) processed via Lenco. We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and supported debit/credit cards. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Access to paid features is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable once a paid plan has been activated. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchased features, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at cvprozambia@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it.

5. User Conduct

When using CVPro Zambia, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your CV
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform
  • Use the Service to create content that is defamatory, obscene, or unlawful
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, payment gates, or access controls
  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity to employers

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of the CV content you create. By using CVPro Zambia, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

6.2 Our Content

All platform code, design, templates, branding, and AI-generated suggestions are the intellectual property of Glamified Systems. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content (summaries, skills, cover letters, duty suggestions, etc.) is provided as a starting point and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific circumstances. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting your CV or cover letter to employers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CVPro Zambia is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
  • Using our CV builder will guarantee employment or interview success
  • AI suggestions will be suitable for every employer or role
  • The Service will meet all your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Zambian law, Glamified Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of CVPro Zambia, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, loss of data, or financial loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your plan (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of CVPro Zambia is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
